おすそ分けします✨今年は花火大会も 夏祭りも ナイトプールも行かなかった（小さい👶いるから人が多いところは行けないし、当たり前のことなんだけど）毎日の様にママ友とランチしたり火鍋食べてたら信じられないほど、あっという間に 夏が終わってしまった🌞👙もうすでにハロウィンの時期に🎃👻👻気づけば 9月も もう間もなく終わりで今年も残すところ あと、2ヶ月とちょっとなんだね時間が経つのがはやいー‼️写真整理しながら、、私の夏の思い出 紹介するね💕今年は 東京から あんまり出かけられなかったけど
娘にとって初の飛行機で行った熊本✈️
大好きな温泉宿竹ふえ🎋何回目かな✨大大大大大好きなお宿お部屋によって雰囲気が違くてそれぞれ最高✨お食事も毎回 色鮮やかで最高に美味
完食しちゃった💕
お腹もいっぱいになったところでまた、ゆっくり温泉に浸かるのも幸せなひと時だよね✨
お風呂もお部屋についてる露天風呂と家族風呂もとんでもなく凄いの色々あって毎回、感動しちゃう✨そして今回は とても繊細な温かいおもてなしに感激しました✨いま、👶の寝返り凄いから ベッドじゃなく お布団で添い寝をしたくて、お願いしてお布団を敷いてもらったんだけどふかふかの綺麗に敷かれたお布団の周りよく見ると周辺の家具、角が ぶつからない様に保護テープ貼ってくれてたの‼️感激です✨とっても細やかな優しさ お心遣いに感謝です✨帰りにも 色々沢山🎁いただいて✨✨ありがとうございました💕また絶対絶対来たい場所深い深い竹林に囲まれて
✨静✨とか、✨凛✨そんな言葉がぴったりかも非日常感をたっぷりと味わえます✨
これからの時期 温泉♨️沢山入りたくなっちゃうよね✨いま、小さな👶連れだから行けるところ限られちゃうけどまた、良いところ見つけたら upしまーす💕 -

久しぶりの更新です✨👶誕生してからの この数ヶ月間予想以上に とっても速かった✈️思えば、つい、この前まで 独身で私ってこのまま結婚できるのかなぁ？と考えててこの前まで妊娠初期の酷い悪阻に苦労してこの前まで大きなお腹で 着る洋服、どーしようか悩んでそしてあっという間に 出産👶最初の頃、抱いた時に 本当！とっても小さくてふんわり 軽かった娘も生後6ヶ月経った今は しっかり首が座ってずっしり重みを感じる程に成長しました✨✨話がちょっと変わるけどこの6ヶ月の間にも テレビのお仕事を ちょこちょこいただいてます去年の秋から全然お仕事してなくて、主婦な日々なのに まだ覚えててもらってて光栄ですでも、正直今は最愛の娘と全然離れられなくてシッターさんや親に預けてまでお仕事やプライベートでのお出かけもしたくなくて保育園もいれない予定で （まぁ何百人待ちとかだと思うけど）うちの子は2歳とか 3歳になってから プリスクール、幼稚園かインターで何処か良いところがあったらいいかなぁと🧐娘と24時間一緒で 離れるときはお手洗いか、先にお風呂入って髪洗う時くらいあとはずーーっと一緒です✨子供が一緒でもOKなお仕事か、家で出来るお仕事ないかなぁ💖考えてます✨人に会ったりするのは大好きだし毎日何かしら動いてないと息がつまるしお仕事は大好きだから✨あと、家にいる時間が長すぎて 時間を持て余してるので また何か資格の勉強 始めようと思ってます✨せっかくなら 今まさに必要な知識としてベビーシッターとか食育とか 保育士さんとか そっち系勉強しようかなあと、色々 手芸とかも好きだから色々 欲しかったもの作ってみたりとか✨
今、深夜に数回ある🍼の後ぼーっとして眠い中ふと、あ！アメブロ最近全然更新してないやと思って笑久しぶりのブログ文章なんか、バラバラだけど思ってること書きました✨
書きたかったことは母子ともに マイペースに毎日 とっても楽しく過ごしてます✨ってご報告でしたこれからは 少しづつでも こっちも更新しますね💖 -

お久しぶりの投稿になっちゃいましたが先日 無事に赤ちゃんを出産したことをご報告させてくださいね✨元気いっぱいの女の子です👶🎀予定日より約2週間早い出産だったので、入院、そして、退院後の準備とかも、まだ完璧じゃないまま出産の兆候が急にでたので病院に急いで行ってそのまま入院→出産
なんか、すごいドタバタで妊娠してから10ヶ月 赤ちゃんの誕生の瞬間を楽しみに毎日過ごしてたけどいざ、今から出産です！！となると覚悟していた以上のことや😭💦あれ？こんなに楽でいいの⁉️と思うことなども色々あって不思議な感じでした✨既に沢山の 応援、祝福コメントなどいただいてて妊娠を発表したときも初期の悪阻で辛い時期その優しいコメントに毎回救われました✨ありがとうございます💕💕💕赤ちゃんが誕生した瞬間は感動して絶対泣くだろうなぁと思ってたけど💦あっという間の安産だったので👶体力、気力ともに余裕あって✨直後から自分で動画まわしてみたり📱先生や助産師さんたちと談笑しながら貴重な瞬間を迎えられました✨✨
昨日はお友達が沢山遊びに来てくれて✨

私の今いるところまだ12/31の朝なのカウントダウンは今夜で日本より1日遅れて新年を迎えるの✨だから2018年の最初のご挨拶はその時に
いま、ものすんごい時差ボケ中で お昼寝とかも合わせて昨日20時間くらい寝てて旦那さんと色々素敵なプランあったんだけど 私は寝てて起きなくて 申し訳なかったです長い時間 ずっと夢みてたの中学、高校時代 寮生活してた時のことなんか、不思議な夢だったなぁいまね、旦那さん隣の部屋で寝てるけど私は寝すぎてるから元気いっぱい

さっきは2017年の自分にあった出来事とご挨拶を書いたから こっちは今年どんな年にしたいか、抱負を書こうかな
2018年
私は まさかの母親になる年
まだママになる実感ない〜と言いたいところですが日に日に大きくずっしり重くなってきたお腹で毎日何度も感じる胎動
赤ちゃんの名前ももう決めてて お友達からも色々と🎁いただいたり、沢山祝福してもらって💕あぁ 春には本当にママになるんだなぁ✨と実感してます
私、ちゃんと立派なママになれるかな🤱そんな不安も正直あるけどでも、子供のために絶対良い母親になるしかないしネガティブな事を考えても何も始まらないので持ち前の楽天的な性格で 毎日楽しく過ごさないとね💕お手本にしたい人、理想の母親像はうちのママです
誰にでも優しくて 愛情深くて いつも笑顔で本当に素敵な人パパとずっと仲良しで 子供の頃から両親が喧嘩してるところとか一度も見たことない私の中で世界一の素敵な両親です💕小学生の時とか、学校で嫌なこととかあってもんーでも、まぁ、うちのパパとママは世界一だから世界一幸せな家庭に生まれてるんだから学校で 嫌なことあっても仕方ないか！私は本当に幸せな娘💖と あっさり学校での嫌なこととか悲しい気持ちを切り替えられるほど✨それはもう沢山の愛情を注いでもらって育ちました何不自由なく、何の心配もなく本当に幸せな家庭で育って 私とって両親は偉大なので今度は私が親になる番そんな立派な人間になれるか 完璧な母親になれるの？！😭と、思ってしまうと全く自信無くしちゃうけどでも、お腹の中の子のために 何が何でも絶対に幸せな人生にしてあげないと！！私の両親がしてくれたように✨✨今年の抱負、目標は自分の子を健やかに大切に育てること 幸せな人生を創ってあげること両親への感謝の想いをこめて、沢山親孝行する✨とにかく家族を大切にする一年にします💖勿論 お友達や応援してくれてるファンの皆様とも日頃の感謝の気持ちを伝えながら お互いに素敵な時間を過ごしたい✨去年も最高に素敵な一年だったけど 今年はそれ以上💕笑顔で溢れる一年にしたいなぁ💖 -

みんなにとって2017年はどんな一年だったかな？よく今年を漢字一文字で表すと、、とか毎年恒例だけど 私の場合 漢字一文字じゃ決められない日々になりました人生の中で一番大きな変化があった年自分でも本当びっくりだけど
結婚して、しかもそのあと赤ちゃんを授かって自分が結婚出来て しかも、ママになれるなんて思ってもなかったから
いつか、絶対結婚したいし ママになりたい！って気持ちは若い時からずっと持っていたけどまさか、2017年の間にそれが叶うとは思ってなくて色んな意味でびっくりな一年でした✨妊娠してから安定期まで悪阻がけっこうきつくて
その間テレビのお仕事とか色々決まったものには出てたんだけどもし、本番中に倒れちゃったり 現場行けなかったり迷惑かけちゃったらどうしよう💦妊婦さん あるあるだけど当時は色んな匂いに敏感になっちゃってて普段は何とも思わない歯磨き粉の匂いや化粧品の匂いで具合悪くなって 洗面所で貧血で倒れ、そのまましばらく動けなくなったりとにかく色々予想外の体調の悪さで健康が取り柄の私の身体じゃないみたい😭毎日 食中毒と辛い船酔いが24時間永遠続いてるかのような苦しい日々でとてもじゃないけどスタジオ行ってメイクしっかりしてじっと座ってたり喋ったりするの無理！！と絶望的な時もありましたなんとか、スタジオに行って まだお腹も出てないし安定期入る前なのでスタッフさんとか、誰にも妊娠のことは言えないまま 人気番組に出演本当なら嬉しくてわくわくする時間なのに顔真っ青で意識朦朧としながら ただただ、具合悪くならないでーー💦と祈りながら収録してた時もあるの今思うと なんとか、最後のお仕事乗り切れて良かったなぁってそんな感じです10月の第2週からずっと産休に入って毎日ゆっくり過ごしてます来年の春には赤ちゃんが誕生して、念願のママに🤱✨2017年は前半は独身最後の日々で後半は妊婦さんとしての日々の始まりで 予想以上の体調不良で戸惑いとかも沢山あったけど周りの優しい方々結婚して、妊娠しても変わらず応援してくれてるファンの皆様に支えられて素敵な一年になりました💖沢山沢山ありがとう！って言いたい最高に素敵な一年間でした✨

とっても綺麗でスタイリッシュな施設です✨

お世話になった元広島カープ 斎藤悠葵店長と
店長 背が高い！！今日はお忙しいなかありがとうございました✨✨ここでは元プロアスリートの方に実際に習えるから凄いよね✨今日も雨が強い日だったにも関わらず お子様から大人の方まで沢山の方が来てましたアンダーアーマーの色々なグッズは勿論オーダーできるグラブも！刺繍などオリジナルのものにして 特別感たっぷりのオーダーグラブ💕野球好きの方 一つは欲しいんじゃないかな✨

今日 ニッポン放送 金曜ブラボー。私のコーナーの最後で生放送でお知らせさせていただいたんだけどまた改めて✨✨
新しい命を授かり5ヶ月目に入りました✨安定期に入りやっと皆様にご報告することができて嬉しいです✨✨実は 妊娠4週目で 熱っぽさや体調不良があってかなり早い段階での妊娠発覚でした妊娠初期 3ヶ月間位かな毎日体調が想像以上に悪くて💦一歩も外に出れない日もあったり、5分立ってるのも疲れちゃったり今まで好きだった食事が一切出来なくなってしまってとにかく 寝てる時以外は辛くて💦お豆腐しか食べれない日も何日かありましたもともと決まってるお仕事は断れないので水着でファンの方の前に出たり真っ青な顔で番組収録してる時もありました毎日酷い船酔いしてるみたいで ふらふらして本当辛い😭でも、安定期ではないので まだまだ発表は控えたほうがいいかなと思っててインスタとかTwitterとかでは ただ、体調が悪い💦💦みたいな感じで ファンの方も心配してくれてたけどあれは妊娠初期の悪阻だったのうすうす気づいてた方もいるよねいまは安定期に入って おかげさまで体調もとてもいいです✨最近はお友達から 妊婦さん用の本を頂くことが多いんだ💕
初めての妊娠👶🍼まだまだ知らないことも沢山あるので日々お勉強してます✨✨
