少し前の事ですが…メルが体調崩して入院してしまって毎日不安と心配でいてもたってもいられず、、この日は神頼みへ！！🙏
2ヶ月前に健康診断もして体調良好の結果だったし、安心しきっていて急な事すぎてビックリしました。。気づいてあげられなくてごめんの気持ちがいっぱいで胸が苦しすぎました、、、。入院中も毎日面会へ行きましたが幸いな事にぐったりしているとかは無く元気に動き回っていましたが…やはり心配と不安で涙止まらず。。😭今は驚異的な回復をしてくれて言われていたよりもずっと早く退院できました😭😭完治したわけではないので寄り添って日々きちんと看病します！！！メルお薬もちゃんと飲んでるしすごく頑張ってる🥺偉い✨偉いぞメル🐶心配すぎて食事も喉を治らずみたいな日々だったので更新もなかなか出来ずでした💧健康第一🍀 -

乗馬体験も出来たけどまだ早いので今回はにんじんあげました
お馬さんの迫力に親子揃って初めはビビりましたが
モグモグ食べてくれる姿とても可愛かったです🐴

てじっ子と2人でお出かけ
お天気も良くてお外でご飯しました
ボール遊びもしたのですが
てじっ子が勢いよく投げ、私がダッシュで取りに行く…の繰り返しで私はヘトヘトでした
しかし
満面の笑みで楽しそうな姿を見ていたら愛おしすぎて母ちゃん何回でも取りに行くわ
となりました
てじっ子初ボールすくいに挑戦
1人5個まで持ってかえっていいルールだったのですが…
すんごいすくうから焦りました
笑5個以外はちゃんとお返ししまして…
まだ遊んでていいよーー！
とお店の方が言ってくださったので甘えて遊ばせてもらいました
色んなことが出来るようになっていて感動の日々
この日私はヘトヘトでしたが幸せのヘトヘトでした

・カレイの煮付け・スナップエンドウの胡麻和え・ポン酢ひったひたの柚子入り塩昆布きゅうり・なめことお豆腐のお味噌汁・玄米入りご飯昨晩は朝から煮込んだカレイの煮付け🐟味が染み染みでふっくら美味しく出来ました✨夫から大きめの声で「美味しい！！！」をいただけました😋✌️普段から毎回美味しいとは言ってくれるナイスな夫ですが大きめのリアクションあるとやはり嬉しいです♪毎回そのくらいのリアクションくれると作り甲斐あるんだけど。オホホ🫠笑我が家は基本てんさい糖を使っているのですがスッキリとした甘味にお料理が仕上がるので個人的に好きです✨超減塩醤油とてんさい糖の組み合わせ良きです✨✨#晩ご飯 #煮付け #和食 #魚料理 #妻のぼやき -

たくさんの雪に出会うと覚悟していたので防寒着
最初はたくさんの雪にびっくりしていたてじっ子でしたが慣れたらとっても楽しそうにしていて微笑ましかったです
触れ合い中〜
てじっ子に無理なく様々な経験を家族一緒に出来ると嬉しいなぁ
今回の経験で学んだのは現実年齢的に体力の低下と動きの鈍さに加えて若い頃には無かった寒がり体質への変化(個人的感想、感覚です。)若い頃は厚着しててもシュッと動けて、真冬でも生足へっちゃらだったのになぁちなみに今回はスカートの下に(中が起毛のスカート)これでもか？ってくらいモコモコ分厚いタイツに起毛のスウェットズボン仕込んでます
上半身は起毛インナーにこれでもか？ってくらいのカイロを貼ってましたでも手袋忘れて手はキンキン冷え冷えまぁおかげで指先は動かしやすかったですが。笑それもこれも良い思い出

ちょいと前の話ですが私がここ最近元気出なくてある日の夜に夫とゆっくり喋れる時間があったので弱音はいた次の日。夫が仕事帰りに買って来てくれたケーキ達🍰優しさにほぐされて元気出ました🩷
大好きな安定のチョコレートケーキとメルヘン好きな私なのでお花と色の可愛いケーキをチョイスしてくれたとの事🌼ありがと😢✨❕特にコレという理由は無いのですが、たぶん育児の疲れやらが知らぬうちに溜まりに溜まって行き場のないモヤモヤと葛藤していたようで…発散する場もなく、うまく笑えなかったり勝手に涙が…みたいな感じでした🥺心と体が悲鳴をあげていたようです💧すまんよ。自分😨育児は相変わらず楽しいし愛おしいの毎日毎秒なのですが子供産んでから自分の事は後回しになってるからドーン💥と急に自分からお知らせが来ました📢ちゃんと自分の相手もしてあげないとですね🖐️💦そこのバランスうまく取れるようになりたい！！日々学びだーーーー💪🌸
